Fast Food and Fat Food

Wednesday, December 31st, 2008
fast food
Summer Lyndon asked:

There are two sides of the same coin. You may have heard arguments on both sides regarding healthy foods and fast foods. You may have asked yourself one time or another, are all fast food fat foods? Can you binge on fast food without worrying about your health? How can you eat fast food and still stay healthy?

The United States is the leading country when it comes to obesity. The country is top three in the world in terms of existing fast food chains. When you put two and two together, you get to the conclusion that the popularity of fast food restaurants is affecting the health of the consumers.

McDonalds’, one of the famous fast food chains in the world, faced a lawsuit in 2003 when parents of a teenage girl claimed that the fast food restaurant is responsible for their daughter’s health problems. Although the case was dismissed, it started the battle of fast food restaurants against health experts.

Obesity is not something to laugh about. It can lead to all sorts of complications such as diabetes mellitus type 2, osteoarthritis, sleep apnea, and, of course, cardiovascular diseases. Aside from that, being on the heavy side can make a person the **** of jokes which ultimately results to social outcasts and suicidal attempts. Sedentary lifestyle and overeating are the main reasons why there are people who are considered obese.

You should be familiar with the daily calorie intake. Your calorie intake highly depends on your weight and lifestyle. On average, health specialists stated that the daily calorie intake for women is 1200 calories while it is 1800 for men. Generally, one fast food meal has around 1000 calories.

Most of the food offered by fast food restaurants are deep-fried or heated up in the microwave. These processes of food preparation take minimum time unlike home cooked meals. As a result, most fast food products have high calories and are practically swimming in trans-fat.

If you take all of these into consideration, then yes, fast food is fat food. Health experts have grounds why they are against eating fast food products. On the other hand, it does not mean that you have to forego fast food altogether to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Fast food restaurants were a hit because they serve food in minimum time, in good taste, and in lesser price. So how are you going to make the two ends meet?

When health issues were raised, fast food restaurants come up with possible solutions to make their menu appealing to health buffs. They added salads, fresh fruit, and white meat to widen the selection of their consumers. Also, nutritional facts are made available so that people would have an idea how many calories are in their orders. These restaurants are doing their part but why is it that they are still being blamed?

It all boils down to you as a consumer. If you want to live a long life, you should know when to stop eating fast food. Moderation is the key. You cannot have burgers and fries all the time. If you can’t stay away from fast food, check out the other side of the menu. Instead of a Big Mac, why don’t you order a regular burger? If a regular burger is not good enough for you, just avoid add-ons like cheese, bacon, or mayonnaise sauce. Other add-ons can be tasty without the fat like onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mustard. Skip additional toppings in your pizza. Even though a slice of chocolate cake makes your mouth water, better order a low-fat yogurt or ice cream for dessert. Lastly, forget about the upsize promo. It will save you from calories and save a few pennies too.

Balanced diet is pretty elementary. As long as you know how to balance your intake, you’re good to go. The next time you crave for some fast food, indulge yourself. Just make it a point not to have the urge every day of the week.

Hotel Coupons

Daniel Smith asked:

Travel has become inevitable aspect of human life. Some people spend more time on wheels than staying at home. There are different types of travels like business travel, pleasure travel, adventure travel, pilgrimages, so on. Modern advancements in transportation and hospitality facilities have made traveling simple and pleasure.

Savvy travelers know that proper planning is essential to make the travel easy and enjoyable. There are many considerations a traveler needs to pay attention in order to make the travel economical and enyable.

Financial considerations are the foremost aspects in traveling. Finding a hotel within the budget is the key for the people with limited resources. There are several ways to achieve this goal. Using hotel coupons, hotel promotional codes are some of ways to making considerable savings while traveling. These free coupons allow the public to avail good bargains in room tariff, food, and transportation. One can save a considerable amount by using such discount coupons.

One can find these hotel coupons at many places, including travel centers, convenience stores, airports, restaurants, supermarkets, and many more places. Travel Buddy is one of the most popular hotel coupon books that are used by large number of traveling public. These coupon books contain lot of clippings of various hotels. One can utilize these coupons to get good bargaining rates at many of the hotels.. Travel agents, tour operators, travel portals are the other major source for getting hotel coupons.

Online search using popular search engine is the easiest way to find hotel coupons and restaurant coupons. But it is important to check with the hotel which you are planning to stay whether they accept such coupons. This will help to save you from embarrassments during check out, in case they refuse to accept your coupons.

Entertainment Books published by the local charitable organizations are the other best source for various discount coupons including hotel and restaurant coupons. One have to make sure that the hotel or restaurant you are looking for are located there and accept such coupons. Junk mails can be a good source for discount coupons. But, the problem is many of us put them into trash even with out look at it.

But, there are some constraints in using hotel coupons. Most hotels decline to accept discount coupons during peak seasons and holidays. So it is always better to check with the hotels about the validity of these coupons before checking in. One should avoid peak seasons and holidays while planning holidays to get the maximum benefit out of hotel and restaurant coupons. Some coupons can be used for instant check-in only; others allow travelers to make advance bookings at lower rates.

Has Pizza Hut pizza became smaller throughout the years?

Mikami asked:

For at least 2 years, we only ordered from Dominos because it’s the only one that delivers on my county. Yesterday we decided to finally go to a Pizza Hut resturant and ordered a large pizza, but…when we got our orders, the large pizza looks like a medium pizza and the medium pizza look like small pizza.

I not sure what happened. Did they changed their size of their pizzas or have I became spoiled of Domino’s pizza sizes after all these years?

Affording a Vacation or Cruise - Use Grocery Coupons to Pay for it

Tuesday, December 30th, 2008

Tom Truxton asked:

One problem most families face today in trying to take a vacation or cruise is figuring out how to pay for it. Saving for vacation or cruise when a family is living paycheck to paycheck can often be daunting and usually does not happen unless they have a plan for it.

One way our family has found to pay for our vacation or cruise is grocery coupons and stock shopping it is not as crazy as it sounds. I will admit that this takes time and effort, but the pay-off of a week relaxing with no worries was definitely worth it.

The first thing you have to do is change your perspective when grocery shopping and menu planning, rather then planning a menu and then doing your shopping to the menu you need to check your home stock and plan your menu to what is on your shelves buying only what you need to complete the menu, which we refer to as “needs shopping”. Then you have to redirect your regular grocery shopping to filling those shelves when things are on sale and when possible you have a coupon for it, which we refer to as “stock shopping”. Also, if you have some sort of brand loyalty you will have to cast that out the window because you are out to save money, if buying Best Foods will save you money over buying Miracle Whip, buy Best Foods.

Initially changing grocery patterns may cost you a little more in the short term because you will have to do more needs shopping to round out your menus while you start filling the shelves with stock shopping but over a few weeks it will balance out then it will save you money.

First, use your current grocery budget, this is usually around $100 per household member but may be as high as $150 each. For my family of six humans, three dogs and 4 cats I budget $650, this is not just for food but for non-food consumables like paper towels, personal maintenance items, etc. If possible use a separate account for this so that the money is kept separate from other items as this will not only be your grocery fund but your vacation or cruise fund as well.

Next, let’s talk coupons. These nifty little items are well worth your time in collecting and saving. I view each coupon as physical money in my account; often the face value is fifty cents up to as much as ten dollars. Manufacturers’ coupons are good for money off of specific products; I save the ones that are for products that I will use and sometimes save the ones that I may or may not use if they may be a good value at some point. Personally we get the Sunday Paper at home and I check what coupons are available each week. If there are a lot of useful coupons in the paper I go to the store and I get extra copies of that paper, the extra $1-$1.50 each is worth it if I am going to save considerably more in the long run. If you wait until Tuesday to get the extra copies the store manager may allow you to take extra coupon sections if you are buying a copy of the paper since they will be going into recycling bins anyway.

Tracking and filing the coupons can be a task and each person will have a preferred method for doing so. Basically though there are two ways to handle it, 1 is to keep each coupon circular in a file and pull it out when you find items on sale that you will be using, the other is what I do, which is cut the coupons that I will use and put them in a coupon file, then carry that file with you to the store so that you can get the coupons you want and use them right then.

Now pick one or two store to do your stock shopping and you may want a third store to do your needs shopping, at least until your stock starts filling almost all of your needs. Why would I suggest you have two or three different places to do your shopping? Simply put, to save money. Here in Portland we have a selection of stores to choose from, I use Albertson’s and Safeway to do the bulk of my stock shopping, and only my stock shopping. This is because I can save money on my stock shopping with them but not on my needs shopping because needs items are usually bought when needed they are usually not on sale when I need them. For our needs shopping we use WinCo, which is a chain store that has level low prices.

What do you look for in a store to use for stock shopping? First and foremost sales where the items you want to stock on your shelves are way below the level low price you would get at your needs shopping store. For example, boxed cereal can range from $3 to $5 a box, even at your needs store. But it is regularly put on sale for 3 for $5 or 4 for $6 as a loss leader for most grocery stores. Secondly you want a store that give you extra off, especially when you use coupons, Safeway offers double coupons, in Portland it is limited to 4 items at 50 cents each, but that is still an extra $2 off your bill. Albertson’s will honor any other stores coupons, so I can use the Safeway double coupon there with a double coupon from Thriftway. Lots of stores offer $5-$10 off coupons with a purchase of $50 or more, so those are useful too, and can be used at Albertson’s too.

When I go stock shopping I have 3 basic rules that I follow:

1. The item must be something that I will use.

2. The item must truly be on sale (lot’s of items will go on a faux sale and you want to avoid those).

3. If possible I must have a coupon for the item. Some items like fresh meat, fruit, & vegetables won’t have coupons.

I then walk through the store and I stock up on sale items that I hopefully have coupons for and I only buy those items. I use a calculator so that I know when I have reached any dollar value that I need to in order to meet any big dollar coupons and I wrap up when I hit that point. This does take time and it means that I make more then one trip into the store, but saving that extra $5-$15 dollars is worth it. What do I mean saving the extra $5-$15? For example, Safeway run a $10 off $50 coupon and has double coupons, Thriftway has double coupons. When I go to Albertson’s I use my calculator and when my cart hits $55 after manufacturers coupons I head to the cashier. She rings my order up, often topping $100 then starts taking all of my manufacturer coupons off and my competitors coupons and my bill gets to around $55, the cashier then takes the $2 off for the Safeway double coupon, $2 off for the Thriftway double coupon, and since my bill is still over $50 they take $10 off for the Safeway $10 coupon making my total bill $41. So using Manufacturers Coupons and Competitors Coupons I took a bill that was over $100 and only paid $41.

Now I am going to use a recent stock shopping trip to show where the savings comes from:

Item Normal Price Sale Price w/ Coupon

GM Cereal (4) 12.76 4.67

Hunts Pudding Cups (4) 7.72 2.00

Sub Total 190.79 54.72

Double Coupons 4.00

$10 off 10.00

Total 40.72

As you can see from this list I bought multiples of each item and we store everything until we need it, if I had paid the retail prices for these things I would have paid $190.79 over the few months that we would use them, but because I purchased when they were on sale and I had coupons I saved almost $150 and got many of the items for free. Because of breaking my trips into $50 segments I usually make 3-5 trips to get maximum savings.

Once my stock shopping is complete we then go to WinCo each week for the items we need to round out our menu, fresh milk, vegetables, & fruit, usually spending under $20. At this point I might just buy the items that we need when I do the stock shopping if it is only a few items.

So, now I have budgeted $600 a month for groceries. I am spending $300-$400 on the groceries. The rest now is my vacation or cruise fund, saving around $3000 a year for us to use for a vacation or cruise. I admit that when I do the shopping it takes me a few hours, and I spend a few hours in front of the TV cutting coupons, but saving $200-$300 a month on groceries that I can use for a vacation or cruise is worth it.

I was wondering whether it is okay to cook the pizza on an oiled baking sheet when cooking in on a baking pan?
OR should i just oil the pan and cook the pizza that way since i don’t have a pizza stone?

Is my phrasing confusing? Sorry. Please ask if you need me to rephrase it. thank you.

Fantastic Freebies in Las Vegas

James Murray asked:

In Las Vegas there are some great free things to do, and some amazing treats for you and the whole family. There are many casinos that make an effort to bring in more and more business by offering elaborate shows free for the family in an effort to bring more warm bodies into their casinos and out of their competitor casinos. This is a win win situation for tourists and locals alike who are seeking entertainment that will leave a little money in their pockets to spend at the casinos (which is exactly what the casinos were hoping for).

The Fall of Atlantis Show at Caesar’s Palace is one of the great shows that is available free to families. This particular show is a laser, water, and light show that features wonderful animatronics action. Also notice that the show’s platform is actually a salt-water aquarium. You can see divers feed the fish each day at 1:15 and 5:15 while another staff member is on hand to answer any questions you may have and explain a little about the facility. You can actually take a tour of the facility at 3:15 each day. Enjoy watching the gods as they entertain you rather than us entertaining them.

A free movie and popcorn each Saturday at 1:00 at the Cambridge Community Center. Each week a different movie will be shown and children under 12 must bring an adult to keep them company. You can check out which movie will be playing by checking out the posting on Friday.

Performances by the Hawaiian Marketplace Island Performers is another great Vegas freebie and is a daily event. These performances take place throughout the day from 11:00 am until 10:30 pm and feature wonderful dances that will remind you of the island. See hula dancers, fire and knife dancers, musicians, lei makers, and animatronic birds. The performances are free and take place at the Hawaiian Marketplace.

You can see Pete Vallee perform as Big Elvis from Monday to Thursday with shows that take place at 3:00 and 5:00 pm at the Barbary Coast Casino if you are and Elvis fan. The admission for this show is free and he brings in quite a crowd with his vocal talent and heartfelt renditions of Elvis’ ballads.

No introduction is needed for M & M World, and a wonderful place to visit, and more importantly it is a free place to visit. This museum is open Sunday through Thursday from 9 am until 11 pm and Friday and Saturday from 9 am until midnight. This really is a neat attraction to visit and is much more than initially meets the eye. Take a stroll, look around and make sure you see all there is to see or you just might miss something fantastic.

Visit Ethel M’s Chocolate Factory for another sweet freebie, you really must make plans to see. The admission for this self-guided tour is free as is the first sample, but who can eat just one chocolate? Be sure not to leave this tour empty handed, as you will be kicking yourself once you get back to the room and have a craving for something sinfully sweet. In addition to the chocolate factor is the Botanical Cactus Garden that is open from 8:30 until 7:00 daily. Another great thing to see on this particular tour is the Living Machine, which as waste-consuming ecologies that turns 32,000 gallons wastewater each day into water that is clean enough to use for irrigation purposes.

Located on the University of Nevada Las Vegas Campus is the Marjorie Barrick Museum of History, which is another place to visit and learn while being entertained. Admission is Monday through Friday from 8:00 until 4:45 and on Saturday from 10:00 until 2:00. Admission is free and the museum is closed on all state and federal holidays. This museum offers a great display of Western culture and the history of ancient Mexico.

In Las Vegas, no matter what your varied interests are there are many wonderful things to see and do that do not put a strain on the pocketbook at all and many of them are free.

The Encounter

Mi Mi asked:

r/>                                     The Encounter

Ring !!! Ring !!! Ring !!! ……Ring !!! Ring !!! Ring !!! Is all I heard throughout my otherwise quiet house when my telephone rang it had to be Shanice. It was 11:30pm on Saturday night. Me and my closest friends were going out for a night on the town. She was the only one that I didn’t call back since I hopped out of the shower. In addition to that she was the only one of my friends that was crazy enough to call my house phone in the middle of the night like it was 2′ o’clock in the P.M. instead of the middle of the night. Shanice knew like everyone else my mom didn’t play that.

“Shanice I’ll be out in a minute.” Was the only thing I said before hanging up the phone. I knew she was right outside, I could tell by the way her slowed down when she turned the corner and shrieked right before she stopped. She was picking me up from my place to celebrate a new beginning. It had been a long time since we had all we went out just the five of us. Since all of us worked we barely had enough time to talk over the phone. Club A was going to be on and poppin’ tonight. So that was our club choice for tonight. I was about to reach for my V.I.P. club tickets when I heard the phone ring again. This heifer is a trip I said to myself. It’s a good thing that my mom didn’t wake up, cause I wouldn’t have ever heard the last of it. “Yes?” was my agitated response into the phone.

“Bring me some of your enchanted apple body spray, I forgot mine at home, and don’t be acting so stink Tasha,” she said jokingly. I placed the phone down and quickly went to the bathroom and snatched up the spray that she asked for. I could hear my mom start to toss and turn she would be waking up any minute now. By leaving at that time we still had a chance to get our favorite section in the club.

The one that was the closest to the back exit so that if anything jumped off we would be close enough to make a speedy get a way without being hurt. The minute I opened up the passenger side door, Shanice tried to pull off, she must be really trying to get her drink on. Well I can’t knock her for that we all had a stressful week, now it was time to unwind.

“Damn, you almost left my leg back there on my curb.” I said to her. Shanice had forced me out of the house and I forgot to put my bikini undies on that was lying on the counter. It’s always the last thing I put on. My moms used to warn me about that all the time. Oops, I thought to myself tonight I will just be free. “Sorry but I’m low on the petro right now, and Allison keeps calling ” Shanice said.

Well, there goes the free bottle of Alize` I thought to myself. “Why didn’t you get it earlier in the day?” The line for gas is gonna be ridiculous right now on a Saturday night, and didn’t I tell you before nobody in N-Y-C calls gas petro.” I said to her for the umteenth time.

“O-k-k-kay.” She said mocking a rapper named Little Jon she hurried up since we still had to pick up Allison but she lived right across the street from Springfield High School and the gas station where she was heading for. Turning up the radio as Jahiems’ song ‘Just in case’ was playing.

I said to Shanice ” why can’t all men act like him you know, a little rugged but still not afraid to be a ‘real man’ to his girl?” Knowing whom I was silently referring to she just sighed and said “Don’t worry about it Tasha, your prince charming is out here and one day you’ll meet him when you least expect it. Pulling up at the pump Sha (her nick name) tried to front like she didn’t have the money again.

Having known her for seven years now I was already onto her game. “I got you girl.” I told her as I pulled a twenty-dollar bill out of my hand bag. Taking the words out of my mouth before I could get them out. Sha said I’ll go walk down to get Allison who was waiting out front as usual probably looking for her newports.***

Inside of the gas station, I couldn’t quite place the feeling but I wanted to get out of there really quickly. I wanted to have a drink and relax kick back, it felt like ages since I last did that. As I waited in line to pay for the gas, I started to grow impatient. Looking up at the clock, we had approximately seventeen minutes left to met with Joy and Maxine to give them their tickets.

They had a ten minute ride to the club from the southern state parkway to the club, but were probably there already there since they were sisters who lived on the same block as each other in Elmont. Talking about inseparable. Luckily we still didn’t have to stop and get anybody else on the way to the club. If we got in the club after that our V.I.P. tickets would have expired. Arriving there any later we would all have to call in a favor from a friend of the manager of the club. That was the least thing anyone wanted to do was be in debt with a guy like that. He was the sleaziest guy I had ever known we had met him a while back when one of the bouncers wanted to do a strip search on all of us. We found this kind of strange, seeing as all of us had on tight clothes anyway. Leaving not too much for the imagination. We began to cause a scene in the front and that’s when Eddie the sleaze came out to see what was going on. He had tried to get all of our numbers that same night. That’s why we had to be early.

“Hello . . . can we get this show on the road, some of us have lives.” I said to the man in front of the counter who didn’t seem to mind the comment or move any faster. As I got to the counter I handed the cashier the money and said $20 on pump 4 he frowned his face up at me. Offended I said to him “What was you expecting Tyra Banks or someone else?” “He just fixed his face and said “No but I was expecting you to say hi to me.” “Besides she’s not as pretty as you are Tasha.” Smiling and reveling a set of pearly white teeth. I smiled back at him and said

“Thanks, sorry about that I’m just in a rush.”

“Okay I’ll start over then, hi, pump four please,” he took the twenty dollar bill and said “You don’t remember me from Jamaica High School . . . I was number twelve on the basketball team you went Jackson right and was a cheerleader……” Shocked that he remembered me but I didn’t know who he was I said yeah and looked at his name tag to recover from the shock I felt. I it always **** when that happened to me. “Prince?” “How have you been?” I said “I didn’t recognize you without the basketball uniform on.” Seeing him smile at me again sent a chill down my spine. Noticing my black sheer blouse and my short black mini skirt. With matching black stilettoes. He asked “Who’s the lucky man, that your looking so good for?” Smiling back at him I flirted and said “you.” ” I’m getting off in a few minutes let me buy you a drink.” Prince stated to me with much confidence in himself.

I looked at the clock damn only twelve minutes before 12. “Sure I said meet me at Club A over by the airport.” I said to him. He handed the twenty back to me and said “The gas is on me.” “Thanks, I hope to see you later on.” I said to him. I really did hope that Prince would come to the club. When I got back outside to the car Allison was already in the car and on her nextel talking to Joy. “She just came out and we are leaving now” she said hanging up the phone like a secret service agent. “Hey girl, why you just tell that lie, we still gotta get some gas.” I said to Allison. Looking confused Shanice started the car and sped off. “Aren’t you getting the gas?” I said to Sha. “Not anymore, while you were in there yapping, your gums off I was out here pumping the gas.” Sha said to me. “Oh” was all I said.***

The club was just four minutes away using the back streets. Parking was not a problem since Joy took up two spaces with her Sliver 2004 Nissan Altima so that we wouldn’t have to look for a parking space, and waste anymore time. Maxine was already flirting with Vinnie the head bouncer. For a white ***** with noass at all, (No *** at all) syndrome she didn’t seem to do too badly when it came to attracting black men what so ever. I guess there are some men that go for personality not everything else, maybe there is some hope. The DJ had Mobb Deep with Lil’ Kim song was playing in the background when we stepped into the club.

After getting checked by the female bouncers, we all moved to the bathroom to check for any out of place hairs on our fresh hair styles. As we strutted back to the dance floor we all sang along with Lil’ Kim and the music. “My Brook-lown style speak for it self, like a wrestler, another notch under my belt… It’s the Q to the Bee wit da M-O-B-B, Queensbridge, Brooklyn, and we D- Double E -P what!” We all said is unison with the song as we headed to the bar.

“Two Red Passion Alize`s’, one white Russian, two rum and cokes more coke than rum and two waters, please.” Joy said ordering for everyone including our designated drivers that had to follow up their one drink with water as a chaser to avoid a buzz. I handed the bartender his tip and he handed me our bottle of Alize`. “Damn, Al you’re good.” I said to him. Shocked that he would remember the bottle that I always ordered seeing as how it differed from what, we were drinking. Once everyone got their drinks we toasted “To life . . . you only live once so live it to the fullest.” I said.

When the DJ switched to Reggae about an hour later and it was a wrap, all the yardies (Jamaicans) in the club started to go crazy. I almost got trampled, elbowed, and punched all in the first song. It was ‘Jamaica’ , …….. “J-A-M, Jamaica, I-C-A, Jamaica, J-AM, Jamaica, Jamaica, Jamaica.” The entire club said. As I looked up and one by one all four of my friends joined different men in the club and danced. “This was supposed to be my celebration” I said out loud not thinking anyone heard me. “So I take it, you don’t like music huh?” Was a familiar voice that came from behind me, I turned around only to be facing Princes’ pecks. He wore an all white linen suite with cream-colored sandals. He was about 5′9, 175lbs, light skin with jet black wavy hair and dark brown eyes making it was just the right combination with his low-cut caesar.

“Actually I love music, I just don’t like getting hit with body parts, that’s all.” Referring to the actions that were taking place on the dance floor. “Besides it’s supposed to be a ‘coming of age party’ for me.” I told him. “Oh, I didn’t know you were here celebrating so what’s the special occasion?” He asked me. I didn’t want to tell him that my boyfriend had found out that he was *** at my expense literally totaling my Red 2000 Honda Accord when he was getting a hand job from his boyfriend. Or that this was the first time in months since the car had gotten wrecked, that I was out of the house. Or that I was missing a good repeat of HBOs’ ‘The Wire’ in order to be in the club that night. So I said the next best thing. “I had just got a job at the Gap in Queens Mall.” I told him. “Congratulations, let me refresh your drink for you”. Prince said.

“This is most definitely a cause for a celebration an employee discount of 50% off on all regular priced items.” He said to me teasingly.

“Now lets see if we can get a spot by the dance floor.” I said taking his arm and casually leading the way as he struggled to hold both drinks for us.

After what seemed like hours of talking and flirting Prince left to refresh our drinks. I was already past my two drink maximum and on my third one. Prince came back sipping his Louis Royer X.O. When someone knocked his drink out of his hand. I could see that it was anger written all over his face since the drink cost $100 for a shot sized glass. Plus it was such a smooth cognac I know Prince was ready to drink it. It managed to spill all over my legs too. “Prince, I’ll be right back I gotta go get something to wipe that up off my legs with.” “This Louis Royer X.O. is cold.” I told him standing up and shaking. He said ” I’ll come with you.” “Okay.” I said to him taking his hand and headed towards the bathrooms. ***

The line was around the corner for the woman’s bathroom, so I opted for the mens room. Again Prince followed me. Heading straight for one of the stalls, I reached for a new roll of tissue when Princes hand stopped mines. “I’ll get that for you he said lifting my leg and making a trail with his tongue up and down my leg leading slowly up to my *** cheeks where he met no resistance

since there was no barrier.

Slowly he spread my cheeks apart with his long, thick, juicy, wet tongue. His moist warm thick tongue licked my *** slowly and then faster slipping in and out of my ***. As I held his head as he moved more and more eagerly causing a long awaited body spasm as I climaxed almost instantly. I was dripping wet and shaking at the same time . Slurping up my juices Prince, then reached for the lid to the toilet seat and sat down on the lid. Pulling me down onto his lap as he played with my *******. I took his soft, and full bottom lip into mine and gently ****** the rest of the *** off oh his lips. “UUMMMM,” I said aloud. After tasting my sweet juices. Allowing him to take my freshly unwrapped hair in his hand and pulled my face closer to his. As if that was even humanly possible. As I pulled his now throbbing **** out of his linen pants, I pulled him up after I got up and switched positions not letting go of his ten inches for even just a second. I had to taste him. “OOOHHHH Shiit”. He exclaimed feeling my warm tongue glide down the shaft of his warm big juicy ****. Grabbing his **** with one hand and playing with his balls with the other. At the same time still bobbing my head up and down at the same time as . I ****** his **** until I tasted his pre-cum and lapped it up as it trickled out only having a micro second to hit air, then just as quickly as it came out it was gone. ” Muah, Muah!” Is the sound my lips made as I stopped to kiss his dick, just to tease him more. I ****** his **** faster after looking up at him and seeing the look of happiness that he was expressing. My taste buds were filled within seconds. He moaned louder as I licked all of the *** up off of his ****. “I’m ready for round two now.” I said to him as I again led him by the hand this time out of the bathroom.

There were guys peeping in through the stall door, as I lead him out of the restroom. Saying “I wish my girl was that bold.” As we left to the restroom, we passed by Maxine, and Allison who both had their mouths wide open. They saw a real smile for the first time in a ling time. “Shhh, you only live once remember?” I told them winking at them and the rest of the women waiting to use the restroom. “Yeah girl!” Allison said cheerfully. “Make the best of it.” Maxine said. As we left the club and hopped into Princes’ Black 2005 Cherokee Jeep. ***

That was two years ago, we’ve been dating ever since and things are going well. Some times you can look right in front of you to find what you never were able to see before.

20 Worst Foods in America, 2009

Wednesday, December 24th, 2008
dominos pizza
104inc.com asked:

Can an appetizer with the caloric equivalent of 13 Krispy Kreme doughnuts be justified? No. The 2,710-calorie Awesome Blossom has been purged from Chili’s menu–maybe the fat-drenched appetizer couldn’t withstand the scrutiny of being named to the Eat This, Not That! list of the Worst Foods in America last year. No matter the reason, we applaud this waist-expanding starter’s retirement.

The deep-fried onion wasn’t the only thing to withdraw from last year’s race–more than 10 other items from 2008’s lineup have been removed from menus (or mysteriously had their calorie counts lowered). That’s a step in the right direction, and it’s good news for your waistline.

The bad news? There are plenty of frightening foods still at large across the country. After another year of menu investigation, we’ve come up with this year’s list of the most calorie-laden, fat-riddled, sodium-swaddled, sugar-spiked dishes in America. Eat at your own risk.

Worst “Healthy” Sandwich

Blimpie Veggie Supreme (12″)

1,106 calories

56 g fat (33 g saturated fat)

2,831 mg sodium

96 g carbohydrates

Sure, a Veggie Supreme sandwich sounds healthy, but this foot-long comes with three different kinds of cheese, and it’s drenched in oil. After Blimpie gets done with this vegetarian nightmare, you’d be better off consuming two Big Macs than sitting down with this sandwich.

Don’t be fooled by “healthy” foods—replace these 14 imposters with delicious alternatives that satisfy without expanding your waistline.

Worst Kids’ Meal

Chili’s Pepper Pals Country-Fried Chicken Crispers with Ranch Dressing and Homestyle Fries

1,110 calories

82 g fat (15 g saturated)

1,980 mg sodium

56 g carbohydrates

Most kids, if given the choice, would live on chicken fingers for the duration of their adolescent lives. If those chicken fingers happened to come from Chili’s, it might be a shorter one. A moderately active 8-year-old boy should eat around 1,600 calories a day. This single meal plows through 75 percent of that allotment. So unless he plans to eat carrots and celery sticks for the rest of the day (and we know he doesn’t), find a healthier chicken alternative.

See our rankings of kids’ restaurants so you can help your children pick the best options every time.

Worst Dessert

Romano’s Macaroni Grill Dessert Ravioli

1,630 calories

74 g fat

33 g saturated fat

1,150 mg sodium

223 g carbohydrates

Would you eat a Quarter Pounder for dessert? How about four? That’s how many it takes to match the calorie-load of this decadent dish. It’s the quickest way to ruin what may have been a sensible dinner. (Then again, if dinner was at Macaroni Grill, chances are it was anything but sensible.)

Worst Burger

Chili’s Smokehouse Bacon Triple-The-Cheese Big Mouth Burger with Jalapeno Ranch Dressing

2,040 calories

150 g fat (53 g saturated)

110 g protein

4,900 mg sodium

You know this burger’s in trouble when it takes more than 20 syllables just to identify it. If you think the name’s a mouthful, just wait until the burger hits the table. You’ll be face-to-face with two-and-a-half days’ worth of fat—a full third of which is saturated. To do that much damage with roasted sirloin, you’d have to eat about eight 6-ounce steaks. (It’s nearly three days’ worth of saturated fat.)

Not all burgers are created equal. See if your favorite is a healthy indulgence or a grease slab on a bun.

Worst Starter

Uno Chicago Grill Pizza Skins (full order)

2,400 calories

155 g fat (50 g saturated)

3,600 mg sodium

This appetizer is like eating a Large Domino’s Hand-Tossed Sausage Pizza! Would you ever think of saying to a waiter: “Why don’t you start me off with a large meat pizza?” If you’re ordering for a party of more than five, it might be OK, but for smaller groups, it’s tilting toward gluttony gone wild. Order the Thai Vegetable Pot Stickers instead—the only item carrying fewer than 800 calories.

If you want to eat a little something before your meal, be sure to avoid the worst appetizers in America.

The Worst Food of 2009

Baskin Robbins Large Chocolate Oreo Shake

2,600 calories

135 g fat (59 g saturated fat, 2.5 g trans fats)

263 g sugars

1,700 mg sodium

We didn’t think anything could be worse than Baskin Robbins’ 2008 bombshell, the Heath Bar Shake. After all, it had more sugar (266 grams) than 20 bowls of Froot Loops, more calories (2,310) than 11 actual Heath Bars, and more ingredients (73) than you’ll find in most chemist labs. Rather than coming to their senses and removing it from the menu, they did themselves one worse and introduced this caloric catastrophe. It’s soiled with more than a day’s worth of calories and three days worth of saturated fat, and, worst of all, usually takes less than 10 minutes to sip through a straw.
